Mod Feral is an avid cheerleader who will help encourage you throughout anything. She’s always open to having new people come to her dms and rant or to scream into a safe space. She mostly writes for the MHA fandom but is slowly branching out into other fandoms. She is 99% gremlin energy and 1% chaos. Welcome to the party!
Mod Rose
Mod Rose does everything. You know in animes when the loud guy asks his secretary for random stuff, or assigns her a ton of impossible things and they're impossibly done, perfectly, random ingredient procured out of nowhere? That's Mod Rose. She may seem quiet, but she will be your biggest fan and the most supportive person you'll ever have the luck to meet.
Mod Ai
Mod Ai is new on the scene, but is a seasoned writer and moderator. They're eager and ready to get their hands dirty, while screaming into the void about any ships, and head cannons. They're involved with other fandoms like Sk8 and HQ, but think they have found their home here with the BNHA fans. Now that Ai is nice and comfy, they're ready to hit the ground running modding and creating events for the masses to enjoy!

Q. What is a zine?
A fanzine, zine for short, is a term combined from the words fan and magazine. It is a booklet made for fans by fans. It is a non-official publication either in the form of PDF or physical book,
often containing a mix of artworks and written works for a specific series, fan group, or event.
Q. Is this a for-profit zine?
This will be a for-profit zine.
Q: Are Minors allowed in this event?
No, Due to the legalities surrounding the compensation of minors, and this being a for-profit project, we will not be accepting any applications from minors.
Q: Will this be physical or digital?
This will be a digital zine with physical merch
Q. How will contributors be selected?
We will open applications on March 7th, 2022.
Q: What are the requirements for contributors?
Please see the "Applications" section of our carrd.
Q: How many contributors will be participating?
Depending on the number of applications, our numbers could be up to the following:
For our Main SFW Zine, we will have 5 writers and 10 artists. For our NSFW Zine, we will have 5 writers and 10 artists for a total of 10 writers and 20 artists. Pending Interest Check results, should we have a problematic section featured, the creators that contribute to that section will be selected from awarded applicants during the creation period.
Q: Will the characters be depicted as 18+?
For the NSFW Zine, all characters will be depicted as 18+
For our problematic section ONLY, we will allow characters to be portrayed as their canon ages but no younger than 15.
Q: Do my samples need to be focused on Sero or be related to BNHA?
In short, yes at least one sample needs to be focused on Sero. If you would like to, you can add other samples showing off your best work.

All characters must be depicted over the age of 18 for the NSFW Zine.
For our problematic portion we are not allowing:

Q: Will you be allowing manga spoilers?
Yes, we will be allowing manga spoilers so long as they are tagged correctly.
Q. Will you have guests?
We're set to have two guest writers and two guest artists.
Q: What will the cost for this zine be?
We will have an answer to this question closer to production.
Requirements
WRITERS
Writer samples should be AT LEAST 1500 words and a minimum of two samples must be provided.
We are looking for word flow, correct grammar and word use, characterization, and the ability to tell a complete story in a short form.
Note: Twitter and Tumblr links will not be accepted. Twitter threadfic will not be accepted unless it has been converted to full fic form.
Please be aware that upon acceptance to the zine, you will be asked to confirm your age via checkbox on the application documenting your agreement to our age requirement/ expectations.
Excerpts are allowed and you may provide a third sample.
Total word count of all samples together MUST be under 8k words.
BNHA characters are required in at least one example, preferred in two
It is highly encouraged to include a sample about Seroroki but not required .
ARTISTS/MERCH
Artists must provide 3 samples and a link to your portfolio.
We are looking for anatomy, composition, coloring, and use of light.
Consistency between examples may come into consideration in the case of a tie.
Please be aware that upon acceptance to the zine, you will be asked to confirm your age via checkbox on the application documenting your agreement to our age requirement/ expectations.
One sample must be Sero Hanta and/or Todoroki Shouto focused and for page artists, at least one example should have a full background.
If applying to the NSFW zine, at least one sample must be nsfw with content warning provided below.
Merch artists are expected to provide at least one example of fully produced digital merch but may provide designs/concepts for the other two samples.
